Mined in West Sumatera, Indonesia, this lovely amber glows blue under UV light and displays a reddish hue under natural light. Amber is fossilized tree resin. This particular amber is from the extinct tree species Hymenaea Protera which lived 20 to 40 million years ago.

People are always very surprised by how light it is. So light that some of it floats on water!
